In July of 2020 I suffered an injury on a Lifetime paddle board. I suffered a severe laceration on my right hand requiring 25 stitches. I wrote a review stating what had happened and that I thought the board had a dangerous design flaw. Lifetime was quick to respond to my review and offered to reimburse me for my medical expenses. After several exchanged emails, they sent me a check covering all expenses. I was so impressed by this and just want to add my positive experience about the company. Thank you.
I've had a lifetime shed for 6 years and it looks as good as the day I purchased it. Recently I discovered a crack in the sunlight that runs along the ridge which was allowing water to leak in. I contacted customer expecting a runaround because it was 6 years old and I didn't have the receipt. I was pleasantly surprised when they immediately sent me a replacement which I was able to install in 10 minutes. It's good to know Lifetime stands behind their products.

Purchased the 77 court cooler. it advertised that the ice would last 7 days. filled cooler and put in 3 -10 lb bags of ice. 3 days later ice was completely melted. cooler was in sun roughly 7 hours per day and the temps were in the high 60's and low 70's during day. down to high 40's at night. This is the most expensive cooler I have ever purchased and I am Very, very disappointed that it does not keep the ice as advertised. I should have spent the extra to get a yeti.
I had my shed roof collapse even though it wasn't a year for heavy snow fall. I searched but could not find the receipt. I submitted photos and received a VERY courteous and prompt response!

Excellent product 6ft by 3ft shed looks fantastic when assembled. Few minor issues when assembling. You definitely need two people and an electric screwdriver in my opinion to make life much easier for yourself.

Purchased lifetime basketball system, modell 90001. Oh my god. What an absolute nightmare to assemble. One needs a university engineering degree to assemble it. I still haven’t assembled it. Maybe the product is good but........ahhhhhhh

I was missing a shelf for our 12 X 8.5 ft shed. After contacting customer service, Brenna was very accomodating and ordered/shipped a replacement the same day. Even though inventory showed it was not in stock, it arrived within a week.
Not only are their products of superior quality, so are the people that work there!
purchased a box to hold outdoor cushions, gas struts not fit for purpose and broke first time, had to use box without them. Also purchased a shed, it arrived in 1 box so heavy it gave 4 people a hernia trying to move it (should have been split in 2 boxes). Instruction pictures so poor have seen this crap since IKEA 1978. holes don't line up. self tapping screws need worlds strongest man to start them to tap.
was told I would be told when they would arrive. no communication arrived 2 weeks late and unplanned.
Emily in customer service was outstanding. Requested three extra brackets for my shed and they arrived in two days. Certainly would consider another lifetime product.
I bought 20 kayaks from Lifetime this year for every single family members. Lifetime customer service had been absolutely awful. I contacted
Lifetime numerous times and waiting for more than two months for replacement parts. At least twice they promised it will be in my house like a month ago. Every single kayak we received had some issues though we decided to keep it even there are imperfections, damages as well as broken stuff. If I do not receive any response within a week I will return all the kayaks.
I have a portable basketball hoop. My son's friend broke the handle that raises and lowers the hoop. I took a picture of the the handle and sent it to the company. Emily responded and mailed me a new handle which I installed. The hoop is 15+ years old. The company response was superb!
Recently purchased several Paddleboards and Kayaks and have received excellent service. Have also purchased many folding tables, chairs, teatherball, soccer goals, badmitten set, and other products and have always received incredible service when anything needs attention. Highly recommend Lifetime as much for their support as for their excellent quality products!
